Book Review: Boundaries

Sometimes we say yes to so many things, life starts to feel out of control.  We start spinning towards a life that isn't full of the rest God has designed for us.  Sometimes we even get frustrated with the things we have allowed into our lives. We may even get frustrated with the people we have said yes to.  Boundaries are not selfish - they protect ourselves, our families, and those with whom we come in contact.  Healthy, God-given boundaries are essential for proper balance in our lives. This book is a classic for your shelves.
